Level Up Now!

This is your sacred life and you’ve wasted some of it because you didn’t know any better. Today I am calling you to higher ground. It’s time to level up.

Please pick an area of your life that needs some work and be honest with yourself. I don’t care if it is as simple as, “Go clean your room!” You know better than anyone what needs your attention. Is it your bank account? Your home might need to be de-junked? Are you in need of a gym pass, coaching, or it is time to tackle something big like an addiction to a substance? Maybe it’s self-loathing, a person, alcohol, an ex, or food?

Pick. Decide right now that you are an important part of your life. Value yourself! Once you select a part of your life that needs an upgrade it’s all beginning to align in the magic of vibrational wisdom but if you keep yourself back and just decide not to decide you can not move forward.

Look, change isn’t comfortable for any of us. We all cling to that which is familiar even if it isn’t healthy. Today you are having an honest one on one coaching session with me and I am asking you to share the one area of life that you are willing-not ready- but willing to do it differently. It will be messy. It will be uncomfortable. You will have doubt. You will want to go back to your old patterns and you might slip up but I am here to tell you the truth. You can do this!

You can level up and you can change. Just for today and I mean live in today try your new skills and just for today live in this one area of life as if you have already mastered it. If you are unhappy then level up and when you wake up before you get out of bed tell yourself-a positive message for your day. I did this for years until it began to transform into a truth.

If you need help then look for an area that is bugging you the most? Is it a room in your home? A person you need to talk to, forget, forgive, connect with? Be honest and figure out the next step and then see yourself actually doing it and begin to believe it is possible. Next, take one step towards that goal to level up. One step today.

Stay in today and level up because you are a valuable child of the Divine and you are lovable and filled with potential. Today is the day to start living in your truth. Make today count. Make every day count. Level up now!
