2020 Perfect Vision

What does a new year beginning mean to you? Are you already piling on yourself obligations of resolutions that have overwhelmed you? Are you an overachiever and have a list that has you chasing life at a full pace right out of the gate? May I suggest that like my best friend Lisa quipped, “This year is the year of perfect vision -- 2020.”

What makes your vision perfect? Perfect not as in without flaw or need for growth but in a point of view that stretches you and makes you feel good. Is your vision a yoga of life. Pay attention to how your goals make you feel. If you overwhelm yourself than you have beliefs tucked down deep inside and they are driving your show and you may not even know it!

If your vision has you all hyped up and doing the incredible Hulk you may also have beliefs that are driving you and you will burn out. Maybe you are so filled with distractions because their is pain inside that needs your attention. A life with vision has balance.

2020. Perfect vision. Light refracting in beautiful focus. Hitting the right angles allows for clear vision.

If you write out your clear vision for this new year and it gives you a sense of purpose and pace then you are aimed at the right target.

Vision needs meaning and a purpose with a healthy pace.

V is for velocity. Velocity is the speed of something in a selected direction. The speed for your vision will need to be aligned and balanced. Move in your direction like a fit person walks, fast enough to get your heart pumping but you can still hold a conversation.

I is for initiative. Initiative is the power to take charge. When my children were little guys they would try to control each other and I would teach them to ‘be in charge of yourself!’ Take the power necessary to be in charge of yourself. You can’t control life or others so just stay directed in what you can do and what you can be in charge of!

S is for sacred. Life is a sacred walk. This year your vision is your sacred, spiritual, quest. It is YOUR life. Make each day centered in your big why. Do you know your sacred direction? Pick a word that will guide you this year and let it add a sacrament to your vision.

I is for the increments. People love the big picture. Blueprint it out and then look for the steps. Create success by whittling down the big picture into increments. Please encourage yourself as you take your baby steps. They matter. They will make the difference.

O is for omnipotence. This word means very great power. Trust in the Universe. You have a Source, a Higher Power that has great power and you can plug into this and have resources, ideas, miracles, magic moments and success however it comes. It might be an ah-ha moment that changes your life. Trust that there is an Omnipotence available to assist your journey. Power flows and vision grows.

N is for nostalgia. Look ahead into the future and the

n look back. What do you want to see? We love to remember good memories and have fond experiences to hold in the heart space. Forward thinking creates the seeds for the memories we will hold most dear.
